Contains comprehensive resource materials on equine law and horsemanship safety. It is hosted by the University of Vermont. Both the legal and horsemanship materials are suitable for use by law students, lawyers, and the general public.
The materials are updated each week with new law cases for horsemen within days after they have been decided by the courts and with other materials as they become available.
The Equine Law Connection is the legal meeting point “pur sang” for anybody dealing from outside the EEC whether from the USA, Argentina, Japan or New Zealand.
